Kong is back! Brought to you by Volkswagen.

According to German magazine "Der Spiegel" Volkswagen is going to sponsor the remake of King Kong, which is part of the cooperation between Volkswagen and NBC Universal.
It's worldwide the first long-term sponsoring of a company with a Hollywood studio: the cooperation is set for 3 years.

And they have a big bang, right at the start: Volkswagen is sponsoring the Peter Jackson remake of "King Kong"!
Starting from June 28th, 02.44 am CET Volkswagen is showing exclusively a 2.5 minute collection of movie sequences for just 48 hours. You can watch the movie on Volkswagen's website www.volkswagen.com.

According to Volkswagen spokesman Emanuela Wilm, Volkswagen will also use movie scenes for some Touareg ads and commercials in TV, magazines and in movie theatres.
