VW Phaeton V6 TDI 4Motion: road test

VW Phaeton
BBC's TopGear made a road test with the VW Phaeton V6 TDI 4Motion and after doing so, they are asking why nobody likes this car.
God, if there is a handful of cars as good as this around right now, I'd be surprised.

A fiver under £37,000 will secure you a slice of ueber-engineering. The deal secures you a V6 Phaeton with the latest, anything but bog- standard 225bhp, three-litre V6 turbodiesel. And that's complete with leather, satnav, xenon, 12-way adjustable front seats, adjustable damping control, an audio system that would not disgrace your home and that remarkable four-zone 'draughtless' air conditioning.

We say: Get over the VW badge, get into the engineering and the quality - all at under £50k.
