Audi: Customers and electronics

 Audi Driver environment
Article no. 1 of the series by GermanCarFans deals with "Customers and electronics".
Which electronic functions do customers want? What benefits of a function do customers perceive? How do customers handle the increasing complexity of functions? What does the future hold in store for electronics in the vehicle?

Audi Marketing provides the answers to such questions within the context of a company-wide electronics strategy.

The fact that around 90 % of all innovations in the vehicle fall into the category of electronics highlights the status of this development area for the car industry. Interestingly, this state of affairs is by no means solely attributable to the need to maintain a competitive advantage by offering innovative functions. There are many different factors contributing towards the growing significance of electronics in the vehicle.
