Audi A3: Salad oil race car!

We found a funny but interesting news at "Auto Motor und Sport".
German company Wolf Automotive Engineering is showing an Audi A3 race car which runs with salad oil instead of diesel at the Frankfurt Motor Show!
The prototype is powered by a 1.9 liter TDI with 190 (!!!) bhp and a maximum torque of 450 nm. It's accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.5 seconds and consuming 10 to 11 liters of salad oil for 100 kilometers.
The costs for changing the motor are just 2.600 Euro. With a liter price of 0.65 Euro for the salad oil, it's a benefit after 80.000 km running.
Strange, but very interesting!
