Ok, here is some unusual stuff: Financial website "Investors" is calling the Audi A3 "zippy and affordable". Doesn't sound like a car review, but the article is worth to read.

Attention Audi fans! The Lord of the Rings has done it again! Here's a top notch little car that will push all the enthusiast buttons in your soul. And for once, the price is right.

Drop into the very supportive bucket seats, (in our test car covered with very comfy leather), pop the six-speed automatic into drive, and depress the go button. Count to about one and a half, (there is some turbo lag) and this little sport wagon just gets up and goes!!!! Let the transmission do the shifting, and you will be surprised at how quickly and smoothly, it runs through the gears.

The A3 is such a hoot to drive that frankly we would choose it over both the A4 and the A6. The A3 is also something for lovers of our favorite small hatch, the Mazda 3, to move up to. Wunderbar!
