Audi A4 3.2 FSI quattro S line: Road test

Audi A4
British website "Carkeys" made a road test with the Audi A4 3.2 FSI quattro S line and came to a very good result. The title of the road test is: "Can I Keep It, Please?".
It's a partnership made in heaven. Audi's surefooted quattro four-wheel drive system and a smooth 3.2 litre V6 FSI petrol engine are ideally matched to the A4 chassis. It's quality and refinement meeting performance and ability in a compact package which is a joy to drive.

Good things never come cheap and the A4 saloon is no exception. This fine sporting four-door is one of the world's best and can wear its £26,885 list price with pride - even though my S line trimmed test example came with just about every conceivable extra Audi could lay their hands on. It was a generous fit and pushed the final bill to an eye-watering £36,125.

This was a car I was sad to hand back. All cars should be this good - but it's a sad fact that few can match the quality of a modern Audi. The surefooted 3.2 FSI saloon oozes quality and turns in a tenacious drive; it is sheer understated sporting excellence.
