Bugatti Veyron: Production started, smaller brother considered

Bugatti Veyron
AutoWeek is reporting that the production of the Bugatti Veyron, the fastest and most expensive sports car in the world, finally has started. Also, VW is thinking about a second, smaller model!
Many doubted the day would ever come. But six years after its auto show debut and two years after a humiliating racetrack crash, the Bugatti Veyron is finally rolling off the assembly line.

Volkswagen AG started production here last week of its $1.24 million, 1,001-hp supercar. And the automaker already is considering a second Bugatti model, probably a four-seater that would share the Veyron's 16-cylinder engine.
