VW Golf Plus 2.0 TDI: Tuning by JE Design

VW Golf Plus
GermanCarFans has some pictures of the VW Golf Plus 2.0 TDI tuned by JE Design.
Volkswagen has launched a more spacious version of the current Golf V and therefore gave it the affix “Plus”. JE Design has a rather different understanding of “Plus”. Because the VW tuning specialist from Leingarten lent the van-like vehicle added performance and improved looks.

The linchpin of the “Plus” activities is the boost in output of the 2.0 TDI engine. It now boasts a solid 130 kW (176 PS) output instead of 103 kW (140 PS). The torque has increased from 85 Nm to 405 Nm. These modifications to the engine management of course lead to improved road performance: 210 km/h top speed (Series: 201 km/h) and from 0 to 100 in 8.9 seconds (Series: 9.9) leave no room for doubt! The performance enhancement comes with TÜV parts inspection. It goes without saying that the TDI continues to comply with emissions regulations. The price includes a 1-year guarantee on the engine, drive and transmission. On request, the guarantee can be extended by a further year against payment of an extra charge.
