VW Race Touareg 2: Debut on Friday in Portugal

VW Race Touareg
The VW Race Touareg is going to debut on Friday in Portugal at the Rally Baja Portalegra.
A four-car VW team will include three Race Touareg 2s. Also debuting for VW this weekend will be American driver Mark Miller and World Rally Championship legend Carlos Sainz, running his first-ever cross-country rally. VW works driver Jutta Kleinschmidt finished second in the Baja Portalegra last year, driving the first-generation Race Touareg.

After Portugal, the VW team will focus entirely on preparations for the Dakar Rally, which begins this year with two stages in Portugal.
