Audi S8: Video and sound from airport test drive!

"Fourtitude" had a driving report some days ago about the Audi S8, now they are offering a video of it! A must see. And hear!

Recently we had a chance to sample the S8 in Dusseldorf Germany. One scenario in which the S8 was sampled was on a slalom course at a local airport. We managed to shoot some footage while there, and have just now had a chance to edit it and splice together.

You may note that there are two different drivers on the two rounds. One was trying for oversteer, the other simply to see how quickly he could span the course. Both have been spliced together to show two very different aspects of the S8's capabilities. You can also get a good idea of the throaty growl, both inside the cabin and outside as the exhaust's wail echoes off the nearby airplane hangars.
