Bugatti Veyron: Your rights as a customer

German "Autobild" has a nice article about your customer rights after you bought a Bugatti Veyron for 1.16 million Euro.

1. Payment: After you signed the contract you have to leave a deposit of 300.000 Euro. This deposit is not refundable in case you want to cancel the contract, only in case the car is not available.

2. Repairs/Maintainance: You have to agree that your car can be brought to France for repairs and maintainance.

3. Onboard diagnosis: Bugatti has the right to pull technical information (especially tires and engine data) via satellite or in another way.

4. Sell: Bugatti has a pre-emption right in case you want to sell your Veyron in order to keep the integrity and reputation of its brand.

5. Special agreements: "The buyer notices and agrees that the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 is an extraordinary, unique and powerful automobile."
