VW: To invest 330 million Euro in Russian plant

VW
Reuters is reporting that VW is going to invest 330 million Euro in a Russian plant in order to build a cheap car as an entry model for the Russian market.
It's said that VW is favoring to build a new plant rather than investing in an existing one.
VW is negotiating with the Russian government about the planned investment. It's currently not decided if cars will be just assembled or completely produced.
