Audi S6: First magazine pictures!

These are some pictures of the new Audi S6 from the German car magazine "Auto Motor und Sport".

AMS confirms the presence of the Lambo-derived V10 engine already seen on the new S8, further detuned to 420 hp, which I think will be more than enough to afford plenty of emotions to the lucky owners of this car.

While I'm sure that the new S6 will be all that "S" Audis have become in recent years in terms of technological excellence and driving dynamics, the LED lights under the forward fenders aren't all that convincing. The tyres, however, are pretty impressive: 265/35 on 19" rims.

The Audi S6 will be officially unveiled at the Detroit Motor Show. Expect more details then.
