Audi: DTM season started!

We reported last week that this year's German DTM season will have an unusual start by racing on a shopping street in Duesseldorf.

This race happened yesterday and it was a big festival for the people and a huge success for the DTM teams. 138.000 people joined the season's opening party!

Great flair of the DTM is that you can get very close to the drivers and cars.

It was also announced that an Audi RS4 will be handed over to all Audi DTM drivers. An exception is Heinz-Harald Frentzen: he will receive an Audi Q7 due to the soon arrival of his 3rd baby.
And Audi's LeMans and DTM star Tom Kristensen is hoping to receive one of the very first Audi R8.
