Audi: More details about Audi's secret project with KTM

KTM
We reported earlier about the plans of Audi to produce a vehicle together with KTM.
Now an Austrian newspaper revealed more details.

The vehicle is said to arrive in 2008, but a first prototype can be seen at a motorshow beginning of 2007 already.
Audi is going to deliver the engine and chassis, Austrian company Carbo Tech will contribute components and panels.

The production location is still undecided, but there are three options left for the estimated 500 copies: Austrian Magna Steyr, German Karmann and Finnish Velmet.
