VW Jetta: Safe happens

VW launched a new ad campaign in the US for the VW Jetta called "Safe happens".
The VW Jetta earned the best overall crash-test ratings of any car in its class in a test performed by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety.

The Volkswagen Jetta received the best score ever* in a side-impact crash test performed by the IIHS. It was also given high marks in the frontal-offset crash test. Mix in the Jetta's positive rating for seat/head restraint design in the rear-impact test, and you've got the top-rated car in the inexpensive midsize class.
