Premium European luxury automotive brand seeks Product Specialists to represent the brand in a showcase Forum retail environment.

Seeking six experienced polished individuals who meet all the following criteria to work as Product Specialists for a 15-month position:

- Must reside in the New York City area

- Product Specialists must: be well-educated; have a professional and polished appearance befitting the luxury brand; be able to present to and converse well with high-class premium clientele/VIPs that the Forum attracts; assist with event management details as needed (meet and greet, registration, moving of vehicles, etc.); be available as needed for evening or weekend galas; assist Forum director as needed with general Forum operations.

- Must not be salespeople; the Product Specialist needs to be knowledgeable about the Brand, product, market, competition – but the role is not to sell. The role is to represent the Brand.

- Must have a valid driver’s license, insurance and good driving record.

- Must have experience in automotive Product Specialist work, high-end retail customer service or similar high-end customer-facing role.

Job Duties:

- Provide in-depth customer information, including product knowledge, pricing, equipment/features and company history

- Address visitors and customers, including high-income potential buyers—referring them to dealerships in the tri-state area for purchase transaction

- No uniform provided; applicants are expected to provide wardrobe befitting high-end brand and customer

- Training will be provided

These are salaried positions based on a 30-hour workweek; six product specialists needed to work in shifts to cover these hours, including but not limited to: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Monday – Friday; 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Saturday; closed on Sundays; closed on Holidays.
