Audi RS4: Road test!

Audi RS4
Nice road test of the Audi RS4.
At 150 mph down the long straight at our high-desert testing ground, the ’07 Audi RS 4 performs the same gentle rear-end boogie I remember from an autobahn experience with it in Germany.

Audi engineers seem to have eliminated the normal trade-offs between low-end grunt and high-rpm exuberance. It’s an engine that makes me smile as I wind it out on a country road and also makes me grin as I squirt through a narrow gap in rush-hour traffic. There aren’t a lot of cars I can say that about.
