VW: No small car for Dodge!

VWDodge
Wow, that's really breaking news!

VW is not going to produce a small car for Dodge as planned. German car magazine "Automobilwoche" will report this on Monday in their next issue.

Now Chrysler boss Tom LaSorda is looking for a new partner and will announce his decision in the fourth quarter. Rumored partners are Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Chery and some European vendors.

This decision will have no impact for VW's and DaimlerChrysler's cooperation for a mini-van for the US market, said to arrive in 2008.
