VW Polo: Smaller version coming from China?

VW Polo
Autobild is spreading a rumor that VW is thinking about producing a new, smaller VW Polo in China and then export it.
This could be the face of new Volkswagen hatch positioned below the already small Polo and imported from China. Unlikely to ever be sold in the US, there is a strong chance that the car could be sold in Europe priced at just €6500. It’s been reported that VW Europe will likely stop importing its Fox mini-hatch from Brazil, and was considering producing a new low budget car under the SEAT or Skoda labels. It seems now the company might start importing from China instead.
