Audi: Investing €8.4 billion in new models

Audi
Audi has a run, no doubt about that. And in order to keep that, they are investing further €8.4 billion in new models. Good news!
Audi’s advisory board has agreed to spend 11.8 billion euros over the next five years in car development, with a massive 8.4 billion from that for brand-new models. The Audi brand intends to extend its range of vehicle models from the existing 22 to a total of 40 by the year 2015. From 2007 onwards, investments will rise steadily to around two billion euros per year.
