Audi R8: Brighter future

We found another report about Audi's innovative LED headlight technology in the Audi R8. Each headlight has 12 LED daytime running lights spaced along its lower curve.

The 300km/h two-seater – due in SA in September 2007 - will be available with the (optional) interior light package that not only includes LED cabin illumination but also bathes the engine compartment in the same kind of light.

Each headlight on the R8 has 12 LED daytime running lights spaced along its lower curve as well as with bi-xenon dipped and main beam headlights. The rear has 186 LED tail lights.
