Audi, VW: Bluetec models on their way

Audi, VW
We found a short overview which models are on their way to the US with the new Bluetec diesel technology.
Volkswagen has said that its new Volkswagen Tiguan will launch with a regular gasoline engine at its initial launch in 2007 in the US, but will get a 2.0 liter TDI BLUETEC in the beginning of 2008.

Volkswagen also reported that its first Petrol-Electric Hybrid will be a Jetta in 2009, which may also use the BLUETEC technology. The company also said that its luxury brand, Audi, is planning to jump on board with its own line of BLUETEC in 2008.
