Audi R8: Exclusive track test with video



The guys from Popular Mechanics have done a nice test track inlcuding a video with the Audi R8. Enjoy!
On the track, the R8 was a serious confidence booster. Even with all the stability systems completely off, the R8 was easy to slide and pitch; it doesn’t bite you when you want to have some fun. Essentially, the R8 is like a gentleman’s supercar. Still, when that V8 howls up to 8000 rpm under full throttle, it sounds more like a Le Mans racecar.
