Audi: Targeting young British drivers

Audi is looking for a young British talent as driver for the DTM series. Reason is simple, UK is the second largest market for Audi in Europe behind Germany.
The German manufacturer is looking to fill the final seat of it's four-car effort of 2006-spec machinery, and they have decided to pursue young talent for the future. Adam Carroll, Danny Watts, and Oliver Jarvis are believed to be in the frame for a drive.
Jurgen Pippig, Audi's head of motorsport communication, said: "We are very interested in having an English driver and there will definitely be one in one of our 2006 cars.
"When we were at the Autosport Awards (in December) we saw that there were a lot of good English drivers."
