Audi R8: VIP invitation for Audi R8 debut night in Tokyo

We have received some eMails yesterday regarding our launch event report from the Audi R8 debut night in Tokyo with readers asking why so many celebrities and VIP's attended.

And here's the answer. Audi Japan has sent out a very special invitation to hand-selected VIP's. This invitation (pictured below) contained a black and aluminium logo of the Audi R8 and a black 30 GB iPod prefilled with very cool Audi R8 movies and Audi Japan's latest music compilation which is also available at the Audi Forum Tokyo.

The first copies of this VIP invitation are already popping up at auction sites in Japan. Current price is 22.500 Yen which is around $190.
