VW City Expert: First picture?

Will the new, small VW City Expert which will be presented at the Frankfurt Motor Show next month look like this?
The VW City Expert will be 3.5m long with 4 doors and will be rear-wheel drive. It's expected to cost around 10000 Euro and will hit the road in 2010.
A hybrid doesn't seem to be included due to cost issues, but rumor has it that VW is putting a new 3- or even 2-cylinder engine.
