According to German Autobild the Audi A5 Sportback is confirmed and they are also providing some artist’s renderings how it might look like. It’s basically an Audi A5, but with 4 doors and a modified rear look. They also claim to know that Audi is going to introduce the Sportback type into the whole model line-up, even besides the already existing Avant for many models.
The Audi A5 Sportback will be produced from calendar week 13 in 2009.
