VW Golf: Will be launched in late 2008

VW Golf
Here's another confirmation that the new VW Golf VI will be launched in late 2008, made by Ulrich Hackenberg in an interview with German Automobilwoche.
Whatever the reason is the new 6th-gen VW Golf is to be introduced in late 2008.

According to Hackenberg, the new model will be equipped with updated 160Hp 1.8TFSI Audi’s engine. The company is going to stop production of the 170Hp 1.4TSI engine as this type is not reliable. GTL will be equipped with stronger motor version of the present 2.0 TFSI motor.
