Porsche Cayman Turbo: In the works?

According to these pictures a Porsche Cayman Turbo has been caught while testing on Nuerburgring.

And yet, once again*, the Cayman Turbo is out testing. Surely they'll never sell it? It's on Ludwigsburg plates, so it's undoubtedly an official Porsche AG car. Is this a special edition? Are we going to get a GT4 Cayman? Or do my ears deceive me?
