VW Golf Plus: Spy shots of next generation

Here are some spy shots of a partially disguised VW Golf Plus, the taller version of a VW Golf which is very popular in Europe.

The new Golf Plus retains the body of the current model but its front end will be completely restyled to match the new Mark VI.

This means that it will feature the same generous proportions of the current model, with a 1,580mm roof and a slightly longer wheelbase than the Golf. New to the car will be the front bumpers and headlight treatment, as well as a new bonnet and slightly revised LED taillights.

Inside, there will be split-folding rear seats, a height-adjustable rear storage surface and more than 1,400L of storage space when the seats are folded down.
