VW Scirocco TDI: Spotted in California

A TDI version of the VW Scirocco has been spotted in sunny California. Great find!

An eagle-eyed reader was minding his own business when he happened to spot a Volkswagen Scirocco in San Francisco, which is interesting in itself because the revived model is not available in the United States. Even more interesting was the fact that the car prominently displayed a TDI badge on its flanks, meaning that there is an oil-burner underhood.
