Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder: Buy the house, get the Lambo for free

We found another "buy my house, get the car too" scheme, this time from UK and including a Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder.

Thirty-year-old Rick Hill has decided to sell his six-bedroom home in Church Road, Hockley, and has included his £152,000 car in the £1,150,000 asking price.

Rick said: “It is a bit of a novelty, but I am offering the ultimate lifestyle package. It’s a dream home, but with just two of us there it is a waste. I want to retire and I am looking for a simpler life.”

The house with a sweeping drive and grounds, make an attractive option on their own even without the car, which cost Rick a cool £152,000.

The property has four reception rooms, a large kitchen, conservatory, an indoor swimming pool, gym and games room. Two bedrooms have ensuites and there is also a shower room.
