Audi S4: Simply amazing!

A nice review of the Audi S4 by a British yellow press.
Forget the old S4, with its giant power plant nicked out of the Queen Mary. Small is beautiful, so instead of a 4.2-litre V8 we’ve now got a supercharged 3.0-litre V6 with the same bhp but a lot more torque and a lot less weight.

The result is sensational. The old S4’s 0-62mph (100kph) time of 5.9 seconds plummets to 5.1 seconds, turning it into a proper supercar.

But more importantly fuel consumption improves by an incredible 10mpg, while CO2 emissions fall from 331 to 225g/km.
