VW E-Bugster Cabriolet: Live impressions from Beijing Motor Show

VW E-Bugster Cabriolet

Here are some live impressions of the VW E-Bugster Cabriolet from the Beijing Motor Show. Enjoy!

Unlike the previous Beetle cabriolet, whose roof remained exposed even when folded away, the E-Bugster’s structure is stowed beneath a plastic tonneau cover, preserving its retro-inspired lines while providing it with a cleaner overall appearance – something that is set to be reflected on the new model.
The concept’s tonneau cover extends forward behind the front seats, turning it into a two-seater, while the rear edge forms a spoiler that lends the car greater visual length.
