Porsche has officially revealed the Porsche Panamera S E-Hybrid. Have a look!
True to the Porsche tradition, this four-door sedan is no slouch in the performance department, with its parallel hybrid gas/electric combo power plant creating a respectable 416 hp. The car gets 95 of those horses from its electric motor, and the other 320 hp from its all-new 3.0-Liter bi-turbo V6 gas engine.
Compared with the Porsche Panamera S hybrid that was unveiled in Feb. 2011, this new plug-in version shaves off a half-second to get from 0 to 60 mph, making the run in 5.2 seconds with a top speed of 165 mph.
No, this is not your granddaddy’s Prius.
