Porsche has officially revealed the Porsche 911 Turbo and the Porsche 911 Turbo S.
Both models are four-wheel drive and both are powered by a flat-six twin-turbocharged 3.8-litre engine. In the Turbo it produces 512bhp, while Turbo S buyers get an engine tuned up to 552bhp.
Performance figures are a match for the quickest cars on the road, with the Turbo accelerating from 0-62mph in 3.3 seconds, and the Turbo S completing the same sprint in 3.1 seconds. Those are improvements of 0.4 and 0.2 seconds respectively over the old car, with the Turbo S even boasting a 0-62mph time identical to the McLaren 12C.
The Turbo models are only available with a seven-speed PDK transmission, and come with the same rear-wheel steering system found on the 991 GT3, which helps improve agility and stability at high speeds.
